My first game landed me my contract - Afeez Aremu

A Nigerian born player Afeez Aremu , who hails from Abeokuta Ogun state, Former Awka United player and currently plays for I.K Start In Norway , said his first game handed him his first contract.


He disclosed this in his Instagram seris , on 15 june 2020. He siad " it was in the W.A.F.U tournament in Ghana , after the first game which we won, I got a call and meet the club representatives at our hotel in Ghana, but my agent wasn't around so they flew to Nigeria to complete the deal, after our last game against Seria-loone I went to sign it ".


When he was asked about about Nigeria premier league and The Norway leaugue he said " Nigeria league is way behind , Norway leaguee is far better than the Nigeria league , thier training facilities, coaches and also the pay checks, Norway top 11 will definitely defeat Nigeria premier league top 11 , Dem go chop am"


He really admired Wilfred indidi and John Mikel obi ,he was called up to the National team once and he's looking forward to playing more with Wilfred Ndidi .

Norwageian league resumes tommorow as he plays on Wednesday , he said"no fans , no problem , we do train without fans ".
