"Nigerian Instagrammer Hushpuppi was kidnapped from Dubai by the FBI, his lawyer claims, as he faces multi-million dollar fraud charges in the US.

His lawyer now claims that he was kidnapped by the FBI and taken to the U.S.

However, the United Arab Emirates has no extradition treaty with the United States, and Mr Abbas' lawyer - Gal Pissetzky - has said that the FBI and U.S. government acted illegally in transporting him from Dubai.
