Yan Couto heads for Man City

Yan Couto, who signed for Manchester City earlier this season, has said his goodbyes to Cortiba ahead of his move to the Etihad Stadium.

He wrote on Instagram: "Today I come to say goodbye to the club of my heart, I thank you for all the moments that we live and all the support that was given to me. Thanks @coritiba and see you soon!"
