Gareth Bale's future at Real Madrid has once again been subject to fresh doubt amid his lack of involvement during the latter stages of the club's title-winning campaign.
However, the Welsh star's agent Jonathan Barnett has once again rubbished any speculation that his client is poised to leave the Spanish capital this summer.
"Gareth is fine. He has two years left on his contract," Barnett told BBC Sport.
"He likes living in Madrid and he is going nowhere.
"He is still as good as anyone else in the team. It's up to Zinedine Zidane.
"Of course there's been interest but there's hardly a club in the world which can afford him.
"It's a great loss that he's not in the Real Madrid team at the moment but he will not leave."
Bale is hoping to play a key role for Wales at the delayed European Championship in the summer of 2021, but Barnett says the 31-year-old will not consider a loan move to gain more regular opportunities.
He added: "Gareth is one of the best players in the world. The best players in the world do not go out on loan."
