City make Koulibaly bid
Manchester City have submitted their first offer for Kalidou Koulibaly following CAS's decision to overturn their ban from Uefa competition, according to Calcio Mercato.
City are hopeful of bringing the player's price down to around £70million, with Napoli considering their first bid to be 'too low'.
It is hoped Koulibaly's age (29) and the fact Napoli have missed out on Champions League qualification will help bring down his price.
