Sports Chelsea star Ross Barkley looks unsteady on his feet after night out with friends in Mykonos
Chelsea star Ross Barkley was snapped looking a little unsteady on his feet as a friend appeared to help him walk after a night out in Mykonos.
The England international has been enjoying his downtime in the sun-soaked party island following the end of Chelsea's season.
Barkley flew out to Greece for his summer break earlier this month after the club's Champions League campaign was ended by Bayern Munich, and was pictured out and about with his pals in the late hours of the night.
The 26-year-old was seen being escorted through a crowd by a friend after spending the evening out and still had his arm wrapped around his shoulders even after escaping the busy streets.
Sportsmail has contacted Barkley's representatives for comment.
Barkley, who is not breaking any club rules by jetting abroad for the end of the summer, admitted earlier this year that he had 'lessons to learn' after a couple of nights out landed him in hot water with boss Frank Lampard.
The £100,00-a-week midfielder was filmed being led to a cash machine by two policemen back in October to withdraw money to pay a taxi driver after a late night row over spilled chips.
A month later, Barkley was then caught on video dancing topless and seemingly the worse for wear in a Dubai nightclub during an international break.
Barkley faced questions over his professionalism at the time and in January said of the two controversial incidents: 'You have to be careful because everyone is wanting to catch you out.
'It is that 10 seconds when you are not looking like a professional when you have got to let your hair down but then you can't forget about your job.
'It was unfortunate of me to get caught in that position and it will happen many times to players over the years because you know what phones are like nowadays.
'You have got to be aware of your surroundings when you let you hair down... it is just more about being with the right company and in private.
'When you play in the Premier League, you are a high profile player, so it is about keeping low-key and switched on. When you are on holiday or away you need the right people around you.
'I have made that mistake and it won't happen again but I am sure it will happen to young players in the future.'
Barkley was kept on the fringes for much of last season but managed to score five times in 31 games to help the club finish in the top four and reach the FA Cup final.
