Could James Rodriguez reunite with former Real Madrid and Bayern Munich boss Carlo Ancelotti again at Everton?

This is a rumour that has done the rounds before on more than one occasion, but the Telegraph and Fabrizio Roman claim that talks are now underway over a permanent transfer.

James, 29, has less than 12 months remaining on his current deal at the Bernabeu, where he has been a peripheral figure over recent years and spent two years on loan with Bayern.
