Dortmund bigger than Manchester United- Emre can

Emre Can has urged Jadon Sancho to remain at Borussia Dortmund amid continuous speculation linking the youngster with a move to the English Premier League.

Asked what he would tell Sancho if the 20-year-old asked for advice over whether to move to England, Can told Sport Bild:

"I'd tell him to stay here, so we can play together forever. There aren't many players with the class that he has. I noticed that pretty quickly. He's enormously important for us."

Sancho has been linked with a move to Manchester United in particular, but Can can't see why his teammate should leave BVB for a move to Old Trafford.

"I see no reason to put United above Dortmund. Neither from a sporting perspective nor in terms of attractiveness," the former Liverpool midfielder said.
